Pre-Employment / MOM Check Ups
MHC clinics are equipped with the facilities required to provide a one-stop service for a wide range of medical check-ups for all MOM approved passes and permits.
Medical Examinations by MOM, ICA
All ICA and MOM’s work pass or renewal pass applicants who have been granted the in-principle approval (IPA) will be informed and given a copy of the medical examination form which requires them to undergo a medical examination in Singapore, which normally includes blood tests to check for HIV/Syphilis/Malaria Parasite, a Chest X-Ray to check for Tuberculosis, Urine tests to check for pregnancy & sugar levels and finally a medical exam by a doctor to check if they are physically and mentally fit to work.
Work Permit / Employment Pass
Please bring along your identity document (NRIC/FIN/Passport) and letter from Ministry of Manpower (MOM).
No fasting is required.
* For females: You should schedule your appointment 5 days before/after your menstruation to avoid affecting the urine test result.
Pre-Employment
Bring along your identity document (NRIC/FIN/Passport) and Medical Chit from company HR (if any).
If you have done a Chest X-ray within the past 6 months, please bring along the “certified true” copy or original copy of the result for verification.
If you are on long term medication, please bring along your medication.
