  1. Please pre-register with your details as per your official ID / NRIC (e.g., official name, ID number) as part of the regulatory requirements.
  2. All our Teleconsultations are performed via live 2-way audiovisual calls and require internet access with a device that has both audio and video capabilities.

  7. Women’s health. E.g. menstrual cramps/disorders, contraception, infections
  8. Stable chronic conditions, medication refills etc.

Do kindly note that Telemedicine consultations are not suitable for urgent/serious/life-threatening conditions and that you should not delay your medical care at any time. You may dial 995 for ambulance services in the event that you require emergency help. If uncertain, please seek help in person.

If the doctor judges that the condition is not treatable via teleconsultation, he or she will provide you with the required follow-up steps (e.g., visit a GP clinic, call 995 etc).

If deemed necessary, our doctors will issue you the medical documents in the digital format. E.g., referral letter to a specialist.

Digital MCs are legitimate. All our doctors are SMC-registered and each MC has a unique identifying code. The doctor’s name and MCR number are stated on the Digital MC.

You can download the soft copy MC via the mobile application.

A valid debit/credit card will be required to begin a teleconsult with a Doctor. A debit/credit card will also be required for any delivery charges, along with other chargeable services.

A pre-authorisation charge of is made to ensure the validity of the credit/debit card. Upon completion or cancellation of the consultation, the pre-authorisation charge will nonetheless be refunded to you in 7 days.

Medications will be delivered to you and the regular delivery timings are 10am, 3pm, 7pm and 10pm daily. Medicine will be dispatched on an ad-hoc basis for urgent cases.

Yes, you will be provided with a few slots to choose from after your consultation.

We charge a consultation fee of $20 per consult and a delivery fee of $10. GST, surcharges (where relevant) and medication fees will be applied, if applicable.

No, all our patients have to be physically in Singapore.
