a. Preventing and delaying the onset of illness and disability through day to day actions like eating well, exercising regularly, not smoking and practising mental wellness;
b. By detecting illness, especially chronic diseases and cancers early, through regular health screening;
c. By minimising disease complications, through taking medication as prescribed and following up with the doctor promptly and regularly
