Doctors often complain that they spend too much time on clerical work.
Some examples of paperwork done by doctors include writing medical reports, filling up work permit medical examination forms, typing health-screening reports, replying to complaints by patients and filing claim forms to bill insurers and corporate clients.

It is estimated that a typical general practitioner spends about 3-4 hours a week doing paperwork. Some of these paperwork could have been done by a clerk but most doctors choose to do it themselves.

This is quite unproductive. Most doctors have forgotten that time is money. If he is worth $200 an hour, he should not be wasting his time on paperwork when he could have employed someone who can do it for $10 per hour.

Paper work is part and parcel of running a business. In a way, running a clinic is indeed a small business since it involves collection of fees , filing of accounts, chasing debts and managing customers (patients).
